Each class combines a series of gentle movements, breathing practices and mindset tools that will support your body to retune, rewild, and untangle from day-to-day stressors.

More About Julia Simone

Julia Simone is a multi-certified/ licensed fitness instructor, and Recovery Coach. Julia has 7+ years working in Toronto teaching Strength & Conditioning, and Recovery Programs. She created Embodied Movement, a functional fitness program that is catered to relieving joint pain and improving performance through movement & stress relief.  

Julia is passionate about combining emotional & mental wellness with physical performance. After recovering from her own journey with mental health & disordered eating 10 years ago, she has supported 100+ people over the last few years to find emotional & physical recovery through her various programs. Her private Recovery Coaching practice specializes in trauma relief and emotional recovery. 

She has taught with various wellness organizations in Toronto like Fuel Training Club and the York University Women's Soccer Club. The Co-Founder of the School of Healing Arts, Julia is passionate about practices that combine physical & emotional wellness to help people express who they are with confidence. 

She is also an Artist who is developing her first music project, Secrets.
