Each video is designed to guide you through a series of movements that will help you relieve achy muscles and find more openness in your movements.

I have suffered from chronic pain and mobility issues for at least twenty-five years. Over the years, I have consulted many professionals, from rheumatoid arthritis specialists to physiotherapists to naturopaths to personal trainers and so many others. Despite their efforts and my own, my chronic pain and mobility issues never saw much positive progress. As failed attempts piled on, my own deep fear that my body was unfixable continued to grow.
Then I met Julia. I could tell from the first session that we worked together that Julia was exceptionally knowledgeable and gifted when it came to assessing my body's current state of mobility and knowing how to improve it. Sensing I was in good hands, I decided to make the most of it and see Julia for one-on-one training sessions twice per week. Within the first few days of working with her and diligently working on mobility at home, I was already feeling a serious reduction in pain and marked improvement in how I could move. It has only been a few weeks of our sessions, and these days, I am (for the first time in twenty-five years) mostly pain-free. I feel younger, stronger, calmer, and my future is looking much brighter.
