Recover & Rise is a step by step process that will help you identify addictive patterns that stand between where you currently are, and where you see yourself being.
Believe it or not, patterns like binge eating, drugs, alcohol, spending money, being on our phones, people pleasing, porn, sex etc. or even procrastination are all signs that we have something inside of us that is keeping us disconnected from ourselves.
Our bodies are speaking to us - are we listening?
Many of us have disconnected from our intuitive knowing through an accumulation of life's experiences. And yet, every single one of us was born with this deep intuitive sense.
When we can remember how to tap into the body's voice, and apply our own intuitive solutions to our challenges, we can discover how to rise into the version of ourselves that we know we are capable of embodying.
Throughout this course, you will be guided through an easy to follow series of videos, audios, and learning materials that will teach you how to:
Connect with the language of your body;
Tap into your authentic voice;
Speak your truth;
End toxic relationship dynamics;
Overcome fear & resentment;
Better understand & manage your triggers;
Explore new depths of creative solutions for your present challenges;
Design your life in a way that is oriented around your dreams, gifts & feels hella juicy to you;
And so much more!

Julia Simone is a multi-talented Singer, Songwriter, and Recovery Practitioner, who's work explores what it means to be human. Largely influenced by her journey healing from addiction & trauma, her time learning from various mentors, elders of the Sierra Nevada, and top Somatic experts, Julia’s art & programs explore how to heal. Her soulful lyrics and melodies cut through layered live instruments and rhythms in a way that draws us into her lived experiences. Her healing programs have helped hundreds of people over the last decade.
She is the Co-Founder of the School of Healing Arts, and the Founder of Embodied Movement, and Recover & Rise. Along with being a Spiral practitioner, her different programs help people process emotions & trauma and connect to their bodies. Over the last 10 years she has supported hundreds of people heal trauma and overcome patterns of addiction through private mentorship and group programs.
In Week 6 of Recover & Rise, we will be opening ourselves up to creating juicy intimate relationships and life long connections.
How openly can we lean into love? What we hold in our hearts is our greatest opportunity for intimacy.
Why do we shy away from the love that exists all around us? Why do some of us hold walls that block us from the Creative Love and Flow that would like to support our journeys? Sometimes it is easier to stay in our struggle than to open our hearts if we have been hurt in the past. The intention of this module is to bring you closer in connection to yourself, your body, and those around you through the art of holding space.
In Week 7 of Recover & Rise, we will learn various embodiment practises to connect you deeper to your body's voice.
